HOW WELL DO YOU NAVIGATE CONFLICT?

You’ve likely heard that effective communication is the most essential tool for resolving disagreements, but that's not the whole story. Without key relational skills, even the best communication tools can do more harm than good.

In this newest THRIVEtoday online event, Chris Coursey will offer a fresh perspective on conflict and help you:

  • Explore relational goals for navigating conflict.
  • Understand why good communication won’t always bring us the results we want.
  • Examine the role of emotional capacity in conflict.
  • Learn how processing unpleasant emotions in healthy ways can foster connection during disagreements.
  • Practice exercises that will help you better walk through relational discord.

Discover how to approach conflict with confidence and turn relational tension into opportunities for growth.
