What's Included

An Introductory Course

At THRIVEtoday, we're after hope-filled solutions to life's problems. With that goal in mind our team has worked hard to bring you an introductory resource. Whether you are newer to the relational skills or are looking for a refresher, this introductory resource provides simple, yet effective ways to gain momentum in your relational skills journey.

While we do give education and training in all 19 relational skills, this course focuses on 5 of the core skills to help you grow your capacity and build muscle mass relationally, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

The Foundational 5 Introductory Course will give you a road map for how to get started in growing your capacity and identifying the skills you need to thrive in your life and relationships. But we have to do more than just read about these skills - we have to practice them so they become habits. Simple videos from Chris Coursey and 10 practice exercises are included so you can start today!
