What Is The Joy and Quiet Theory Course?

A foundational online course that delves into the neurological and sociological principles of the Life Model and THRIVEtoday Relational Skills Training. Led by Dr. Jim Wilder, this course explains how the human brain is designed to operate on rhythms of joy and quiet. You will learn how these rhythms are essential for healthy brain development and identity formation from infancy. The course also addresses how trauma and maladaptive patterns can result from disruptions in these early rhythms and highlights the brain's capacity for growth and repair through neuroplasticity.
