How they are designed:

Each of our 5 foundational skills have their own practice course. Each practice course has 3 versions of the same base content. The 'Habit Builder' is the full version, followed by the 'Find Your Rhythm' and 'Taste' courses with less and even less content respectively - designed to work with different budgets and capacities.

  • Refund Policy

    Refunds for our online courses will be considered on a case by case basis. To request a refund, please email [email protected] and include the title of your course and reason for your request. Requests must be made within 7 days of your date of purchase. Any refunds given will be minus a 3% payment processing fee.

  • How long do I have access to a course?

    You have access to the course you purchase for 1 year starting on the date of purchased. If you purchased the Prep Course Bundle you have access for 5 years.

  • Course permissions

    Unless otherwise stated, pricing for our courses covers individual use only. The material emphasizes the importance of practicing with others, so individual use includes permission to share your course material with 2 people with the goal of practicing exercises with them. If you would like pricing for groups of 4 or more, please get in touch with us: [email protected]. We plan to have group resources available soon.

  • How do I access a Free Preview?

    Current users: Sign in - access the free preview of the course (if one is available). New users: Create an account on our Thinkific site to access the free preview. This is a Thinkific site setting requirement so the Course Player can track and save your progress should you choose to purchase the course after seeing the free preview.
